Carestamp는 혈압, 혈당, 화장실 기록과 약 복용 여부, 생활 습관을 스스로 적는 수첩 앱입니다. 혈압이나 혈당을 재지 않으며, 혈압계와 혈당계에 나온 숫자를 사용자가 직접 적습니다. 의료 기기가 아니며 진단, 치료, 예방을 하거나 의료진의 판단을 대신하지 않습니다. 건강에 관해 궁금한 점이나 걱정이 있으면 의료진과 상의하세요.
평균과 그래프는 적어 둔 숫자를 그대로 셈한 것입니다. 혈압 참고선(135/85)과 혈당 참고 범위(식전 80~130, 식후 180 mg/dL)는 앱 안에 출처를 밝힌 참고 값이며 사용자가 바꿀 수 있습니다. 건강 상태를 판정하는 것이 아닙니다. 습관을 한 날과 안 한 날을 나란히 보여 주는 숫자는 원인을 뜻하지 않습니다.
이 앱에는 회원가입과 로그인이 없습니다. 이름, 이메일, 생년월일 등 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 받지 않으며, 적은 기록을 개발자나 다른 곳으로 보내지 않습니다. 광고에 쓰이는 기기 식별자는 5번에 적었습니다.
혈압, 혈당, 화장실 기록, 약과 습관 체크, 메모, 화면 설정은 이 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 앱이 서버나 클라우드 계정으로 올리지 않습니다. 설정에서 모두 지울 수 있고, 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다. 백업 파일과 내보낸 문서(PDF), 표 파일(CSV)은 사용자가 직접 고른 위치에 저장되거나 공유되며, 그 파일의 보관은 사용자가 맡습니다.
이 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 보여 줍니다. 오늘 화면과 지난 기록 화면의 아래에 배너가 있고, 그래프 화면으로 들어갈 때 전면 광고가 나올 수 있습니다(10분에 한 번까지). 병원용 화면에서는 사용자가 고르면 보상형 광고를 보고 문서 내보내기를 24시간 열 수 있습니다. 숫자를 적는 화면에는 광고가 없습니다. 광고를 보여 주고 그 성과를 재기 위해 Google과 그 협력사가 기기 식별자(광고 식별자 등)와 광고 데이터(보여 준 광고, 누름 여부 등)를 수집할 수 있습니다. 건강 기록은 광고에 쓰이지 않으며 광고 회사로 보내지 않습니다. 추적 허용 창에서 허용하지 않으면 맞춤 광고에 쓰이지 않습니다. 유럽 등에서는 처음 실행할 때 동의 창이 나오며, 설정의 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
이 앱에는 유료 결제나 인앱 구매가 없습니다.
알림은 기본으로 꺼져 있습니다. 켜면 기기 안에서만 예약되며 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
이 앱은 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않으며, 어린이의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

Carestamp is a notebook app where you write down your own blood pressure, blood sugar and bowel movement records, whether you took your medicine, and a few daily habits. It does not measure blood pressure or blood sugar; you type the numbers shown on your own monitor and meter. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent anything or replace the judgment of healthcare professionals. If you have questions or concerns about your health, talk to a healthcare professional.
Averages and charts are simple arithmetic on the numbers you entered. The blood pressure reference line (135/85) and the blood sugar reference range (80 to 130 before meals, 180 mg/dL after meals) are reference values with their sources cited in the app, and you can change them. They do not assess your health. Numbers shown side by side for days with and without a habit do not indicate a cause.
There is no sign-up or login. The app does not ask for your name, email, date of birth or other identifying information, and it does not send your records to the developer or anyone else. Device identifiers used for ads are described in section 5.
Blood pressure, blood sugar and bowel records, medicine and habit checks, notes and display settings are stored only on this device. The app does not upload them to a server or cloud account. You can delete everything in Settings, and deleting the app removes them. Backup files and exported documents (PDF) and spreadsheet files (CSV) are saved or shared where you choose, and keeping those files safe is up to you.
This app shows ads from Google AdMob. There is a banner at the bottom of the Today and History screens, and an interstitial ad may appear when you open the charts (at most once every 10 minutes). On the For doctor screen you may choose to watch a rewarded ad to unlock document export for 24 hours. There are no ads on the screens where you enter numbers. To show ads and measure their performance, Google and its partners may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier) and advertising data (such as which ads were shown and tapped). Your health records are not used for ads and are not sent to ad companies. If you do not allow tracking in the tracking prompt, the data is not used for personalized ads. In Europe and some other regions a consent form appears on first launch, and you can change your choice at any time under Ad privacy settings in Settings. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
This app has no paid features or in-app purchases.
Reminders are off by default. If you turn them on, they are scheduled only on the device and can be turned off at any time.
This app is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect information from children.
