환자 이름을 넣을 수 있나요? 아니요. 개인 정보를 저장하지 않기 위해 침상은 병실·침상 번호로만 구분합니다.
기록은 어디에 저장되나요? 모두 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 설정 > 데이터에서 언제든 모두 지울 수 있습니다.
다른 아이패드에 같은 설정을 넣고 싶어요. 설정 > 설정·세트 내보내기로 파일을 만들어 AirDrop으로 보내고, 받는 기기에서 가져오기를 누르세요. 기록과 사진은 파일에 들어가지 않습니다.
언어를 바꾸려면? 설정 > 언어에서 의료진 언어와 환자 언어를 따로 고릅니다.
손이 떨려서 잘못 눌려요. 설정 > 누르고 있으면 선택을 켜면 정한 시간 동안 누르고 있어야 선택됩니다.
광고 없이 쓸 수 있나요? 광고는 의료진이 세트를 고르는 화면과 편집 화면에만 있고 환자가 보는 화면에는 없습니다.

Can I enter a patient name? No. To avoid storing personal information, beds are identified by room and bed number only.
Where are records stored? Only on the device. You can erase everything any time in Settings > Data.
I want the same setup on another iPad. Use Settings > Export settings and sets to create a file, send it with AirDrop, and tap Import on the other device. Records and photos are not included.
How do I change languages? Settings > Language lets you pick the staff language and the patient language separately.
Shaky hands tap the wrong thing. Turn on Press and hold to select in Settings; a button is chosen only after it is held for the set time.
Do I have to watch ads? Ads appear only on the staff screens for choosing a set and editing, never on the screens the patient sees.
